So… I learned to crochet (out of boredom and curiosity). Saw this pattern for a blue Totoro and just HAD to make one too xD. Mine’s not as nice (the ears won’t stand up straight…), but it does the job *GLOMP*

The Shadow of the Wind

Just finished this book. It was surprisingly good and engrossing. I usually don’t like translated texts because the prose seem to get butchered in English, but I don’t think this book lost much of its beauty even in our language.

It’s a bit of everything (mystery, romance, gothic, horror, historical fiction). I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

Hm… now what to read next? xD

Just saw this movie. Was too lazy to read the manga. Basically the story of my life right now, being a フリーター and stuck in a weird limbo between school and the “real” world. Maybe I should just throw it all away and start a band, hah. I’ve always wanted to sing. ~sigh~ Anyways, ‘tis a good movie. Reminds me a bit of Beck, but for older people and more real-life.
